1. The 10th International “Love the Earth” exhibition contest in the hopes of preventing the Global Warming
"The 10th International “Love the Earth” exhibition contest” was first held in 2002, and has been serving
the international community ever since. This contest is an international-level competition that had
gathered 20,000 pieces in Republic of Korea alone, not to mention numerous pieces from India, Taiwan,
Vietnam, and the United States. The contest is gaining more and more popularities and supports from the
various communities as the time flows. One of the reasons may be that we share tremendous educational
and publicity values since some of the works submitted will be parts of the electronic and print source
distributed to our international branches ranging from Japan to Nigeria. In this sense, not only regional
and national communities, but also the international communities will be able to appreciate and discover
the noble attempts to save our environment and the Earth. And you can start this.
Through this contest we aim to heighten people’s awareness of the current environmental problems and
to familiarize the international community with both imminent and future concerns. And we hope to
encourage the people of all ages, classes, and regions can enjoy a first-hand experience through
participations so that caring for the environment becomes not intermittent actions, but a fundamental
aspect of your lives.

Themes for your work
Your work can touch upon areas including Economy, Society, Culture and Everyday lives, but should never be
limited to such areas. Successful award-recipients of the past delivered compelling messages regarding
prevention of the Global Warming, restriction of Carbon dioxide and go-green movements. However, the most
important aspect would be for you to build an expression that most people around the world can empathize
with so that they can “love” the earth more than they do now. Once again, the theme is quite open-ended.
