This document provides instructions for assembling note card envelopes. It instructs the user to cut out all pieces, score the fold lines, apply double stick tape to the side and bottom flaps, and fold the flaps to adhere the back panel with the bottom flap folding over. Referencing photos on a blog is suggested to see how the assembled envelopes should look.

1. How to Assemble:
1. Cut out all
pieces along
dotted lines. Set
“note card inserts
aside.
tape backside
2. Lightly score the
edges that will be
folded with the tip
of an exacto knife.
This will help so
that the edges will
easily fold over.
3. Place double
stick tape on the
right and left side
flaps. (Where the
blue shows below.)
Place another
piece of tape on
the flip-side of the
bottom flap.
4. Fold back the
taped edges and
adhere the back
panel. The bottom
flap will be folded
on OVER the back
panel.
