A project proposed by Rotr. Owuamalam, Clement Chinaza MPHF, to encourage fellow Rotaractors worldwide to give to The Rotary Foundation (TRF) and become Paul Harris Fellows in this TRF Centennial Year, 2017.
In this work, conscious efforts have been made to elucidate the various steps for successful digitization of a material, and the follow-up processes to an effective preservation. The pros and cons were also x-rayed, and mitigations were proffered to challenges that may abound.

This piece is inspired by my father, Prof. Emman-Owums Owuamalam, the oral narrator of the cultural event. It provides an account of how Iwa Akwa (The Wearing Cloth Ceremony) is performed in Umualumaku/Umuihim Autonomous community, of Ehime-Mbano Local Government Area.
This piece is specially prepared for Federal Government College, Enugu, in fond memory of Late Elder Mrs. Uko K. Igweola, with the aim of gearing the minds of the senior students towards making exploits in the higher institution and enjoying as many scholarships as permitted. It is intended to give a step-by-step approach on the current Nigerian scholarship schemes.
