3. Shot put
Shot put is about throwing a heavy ball
which depends in what gender( women
5kg and men 7kg) to a far/long distance
of the place.
The game is played like this:
the game consists in pushing the ball to
the air,but before pushing or throwing
the ball to the air you need to put the
ball by holding it at your neck and then
pushing it to the air.
