Prufrock s lack of self confidence is actually Body Dysmorphic Disorder, explaining his inability to
see anything but his bald spot and awkward body.

face. Prufrock sees himself as anything but that, so the women talking about this makes him feel

morning coat, my collar mounting firmly to the chin, / My necktie rich and modest, but
asserted by a simple pin / (They will say: But how his arms and legs are thin! ) (40 44). Prufrock

The movie Hoosiers was a great example of how success can be found through teamwork and

learned in our readings for the week. The importance of each and every member of the team and
the realization that no one member is more important than the next is a valuable lesson to be
learned from the movie. Another important lesson to be learned from the movie is that while the
