At Biola University, in our Capstone course, I worked with one group partner that we choose our project, Special Olympics. Our project, Special Olympics, must include situation analysis, history, project goals, five processes (discovery, interpretation, ideation, experimentation, and evolution), team dynamics, and faith integration. We worked on a split of our categories that we focus on improving for business strategy to understand this organization's goals to succeed. We will deliver to present this project in the class. However, due to the coronavirus situation, we instead create a narrated voice on this project to submit on canvas (online). ​​

From a backyard summer camp for
people with intellectual disabilities to
a global movement, Special Olympics
has been changing lives and attitudes
since 1968.

3. Mission
To provide year–round sports training and
athletic competition in a variety of Olympic–type
sports for children and adults with an intellectual
