concerns in today's workplace. With a growing understanding of

importance of creating a supportive and mentally healthy work
environment.
MEANING
EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING REFERS TO THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL,
EMOTIONAL, AND SOCIAL HEALTH AND HAPPINESS OF
INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE WORKPLACE, ENCOMPASSING THEIR
OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE AND SATISFACTION IN A
PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT.
EMPLOYEE MENTAL HEALTH REFERS TO THE EMOTIONAL AND
PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE WORKPLACE,
ENCOMPASSING THEIR ABILITY TO MANAGE STRESS, COPE WITH
