Manolofrias shares his experience managing to find a job in Finland after moving there from Spain. He created a network by contacting people, enrolled in courses to improve his skills, and studied Finnish. It was not easy and involved frustrating moments, but he was persistent. Finally, he landed a trainee program position by calling on contacts from his network, and they thought his candidacy was a good idea. After that, he was able to get other jobs as well. His advice is to use your network, improve your skills through courses, study the local language, remain active, positive and patient, and most importantly do not give up.
