To embed a Google Slide slideshow into a Slate blog post, follow these steps: copy the embed code from your published slideshow file, paste it into the HTML window when creating a new Slate post, title and write the post, then save and view it to check that the slideshow has uploaded correctly.

1. Embed a Slideshow
to
SLATE

2. click on FILE
click on PUBLISH TO THE WEB
click on PUBLISH BUTTON
click on EMBED TAB
COPY THE EMBED CODE

3. go to www.scienceleadership.org
login
click on CLASSES
hover over the art class you are in
click on the word SLATE
click on CREATE A POST BUTTON

4. click on PASTE HTML
paste in the embed
code from the Google
Slide file

5. - title your blog
click on WRITE
TEXT
- write your artist’s
statement in that
window
click SAVE
clickVIEW and
check if the
slideshow uploads
correctly
