Economic Laws Practice (ELP), a law firm, lacked integrated software to manage client cases and office processes efficiently. Documents and information for cases were stored across physical folders, making it difficult to search and share information. ELP implemented a document management system and matter management module. This allowed practitioners to easily search case documents, track hearings and billings, and gain visibility into time spent and expenses. The new system streamlined processes, improved productivity and information sharing, and enhanced client and practitioner experience.
