14. Contingency
Working on a contingency basis, we agree standard
terms with our client or revised rates, or exclusivity. The
fee is due per placement, on commencement of
candidate start date.
Service provided
• All candidates will have a prescreen telephone
interview
• All successful candidates from prescreen telephone
interview will be invited in for a face to face
interview.
• All successful candidates from both telephone and
face to face prescreening process will have their
CV’s submitted to our client to review.
• All interviews directly with our client arranged by
Elite.
• All candidates to receive interview feedback within
48 hours of interview.
• Offer and counter offer management.
• Reference and eligibility checks carried out by Elite
Retained
Working on a retained basis, we work exclusively
with the client and agree a set total sum for the
recruitment campaign, either for one role or for a
project (multiple roles).
