2. We are Music
Choir,Orchestra,Jazz,Marching,and Concert Band.
Music students learn to play,perform,and analyze music,as
well as write,sing,and play songs.They become well-versed in
industry-standard software and experts at playing various musical
instruments.In addition,music students perform at a variety of
venues for the utmost real-world experience.
We are Dance
From Ballet to Hip Hop.
The dance program emphasizes knowledge and skills in all types
of dance,from ballet to hip hop. Students study technique and
learn how to choreograph all the dance forms.Dance students
work alongside professionals,including Lineage Dance of
Pasadena. In addition,they have the opportunity to dance in
many programs to show off their newly acquired skills.
We are Theater Arts
From Drama to Film and Video Production.
Theater Arts students can be seen working in a variety
of projects,including play production,technical theater
design,and film and video production.Students have
the opportunity to work alongside professional actors
and directors,from organizations like the Pasadena
Playhouse.In addition,they participate in arts
showcases and semester productions.

We are Visual Arts
Studio Art and Digital Art.
The Visual Arts Program
consists of Studio Arts and
Digital Arts.It is proj-
ect-based,and promotes
problem solving and
creativity. The award-
winning visual arts students can be found finishing up a
painting in the art room,or putting the final touches on
a Photoshop document in the digital lab. In addition,
students in the Visual Arts Department work alongside
practicing artists and participate in a number of exhibi-
tions and contests to gain real-world experience.
An Arts Focus - Students think creatively and
work collaboratively with others.
Arts Integration - Students enjoy learning math,
science, English, and history through arts-infused
project based learning.
Excellent Academics - Students demonstrate
creativity in their work and are prepared to
implement innovations to make contributions
in their future career fields.
