INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
The candidates are required to note the following:
 Check the list of eligible candidates
 If your name exists in the list, note down your Roll No., download Admit Card and
affix passport size photograph
 Carry Admit Card and a valid Photo ID Proof for checking at the school main gate. No
candidate without the Admit Card and a valid ID proof shall be allowed to sit in the
Examination. A valid ID proof may include any one of the following: Voter ID, Driving
License, Aadhaar Card, valid Passport.
 Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least half an hour before time. No
candidate in any circumstance, will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after
the commencement of the exam. Check the seating arrangement from the notice
board kept at the school main gate and report to the allotted room
 It is mandatory to bring the basic stationary i.e. pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener,
stapler, etc.
 Please staple the question paper along with the answer sheet after finishing the
examination and hand it over to the invigilator along with the Admit Card. Any answer
sheet without Question Paper attached to it will be considered as disqualified.
 No candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the conclusion of
the exam.
 Calculators, Log tables, Calculating devices, Communication Devices like Mobile
Phone, etc and Textual materials are not allowed in the Examination Centre. Mobile
phones need to be switched off and handed over at the school main gate.
 Before reporting for the Written Test, you are requested to ensure once again that,
you fulfill all eligibility conditions in terms of educational qualifications and age
requirements as spelt out by the Directorate of Education, Govt of NCT of Delhi.
 Parking is not available inside the school premises.
 Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for the Written Test.
 Check the result of the written examination on Schools’ website on 15 Feb 2019 at
1800 hrs.
