This document provides steps to check electrical systems during a blackout, including: 1) Checking the incoming power to common busbars PC A and PC B, then the circuit breaker and emergency diesel generator incoming power. 2) Manually opening and closing various circuit breakers if breakers are open to check voltages and supplies. 3) Operating the emergency diesel generator control room interface, starting the generator, and manually closing breakers to energize systems. 4) Checking additional breakers between the emergency power center and essential MCC to route power as needed.
