These are my vital recommendations for bold Elections Canada and Government Reform... as so ironically and rightly inspired, by the current Dubiously Elected Majority Parliament.
This document discusses proposed bills in North Carolina (H-91/S-195) that would allow same-day voter registration during the early voting period. It argues that fears of voter fraud with same-day registration are unfounded, as multiple other states have allowed same-day registration for years without issues. The verification process ensures only eligible voters can register and vote, and false registration is a felony with stiff penalties. Same-day registration would increase voter access without compromising security.
The National Police Misconduct Reporting Project (NPMRP) tracked 4,861 reports of police misconduct in 2010 involving 6,613 officers and 6,826 alleged victims. This included 247 fatalities and $346.5 million in civil judgments. The NPMRP aggregates reports of police misconduct on a Twitter feed and in a database, following criteria like the incident involving an on or off-duty officer, and reports of allegations, investigations, litigation, etc. The author advocates using social media and technology to monitor and spread awareness of police brutality cases around the world.
The document discusses police shootings in America based on data from the Guardian and FiveThirtyEight databases. It finds that while over 2,100 people have been killed by police since 2015, only a small fraction of police departments report these killings. Predictive models attempting to classify whether victims were armed based on attributes like race, gender and poverty level performed poorly, reflecting the complexity of real-life situations. While public sentiment on Twitter was negative, more comprehensive data is still needed to fully understand potential police biases in shootings.
Whistleblower Provision Likely To Increase Fcpa Risk Blog Postblhengsbach
The financial reform legislation signed in July 2010 included a whistleblower provision that will reward whistleblowers who voluntarily provide original information leading to successful enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) with 10-30% of monetary sanctions over $1 million. This provision will likely increase FCPA enforcement actions and complicate the question of self-disclosing violations. Given recent large FCPA penalties, whistleblowers could receive huge payouts, for example potentially $496 million from the $1.6 billion Siemens AG case. The new provision adds risk for companies in the current aggressive FCPA enforcement environment, where nearly $3 billion in fines have been collected in 2010, emphasizing the
The document is a letter from California electoral candidates to an electoral candidate congratulating them on their victory and urging them to vote for Bernie Sanders in the electoral college. It provides arguments for why neither Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump are fit for the presidency based on Alexander Hamilton's standards in the Federalist Papers. It cites evidence that Clinton accepted donations from foreign governments and committed election fraud, while Trump does not represent Republican values. It argues Bernie Sanders overwhelmingly won the Democratic primary but it was stolen from him through election fraud. The electors are urged to vote for Sanders to restore legitimacy to the election and affirm the rightful winner.

This document summarizes a dental malpractice case lodged against Dr. M by a patient. It describes that Dr. M performed endodontic surgery on tooth #16 instead of #15, as indicated by Dr. F's x-ray. However, Dr. M did not take his own x-ray before surgery. The patient is requesting copies of their dental records and x-rays from the visit. In response, Dr. M's office provided 3 x-rays taken during and after surgery, but none before. They are questioning why Dr. M proceeded with surgery on tooth #16 without proper evidence. The case will be posted online by a facilitator.

1) The document discusses the 2011 Canadian federal election voter suppression scandal in Guelph, Ontario where fraudulent robocalls misdirected voters to wrong polling stations.
2) Michael Sona, a former Conservative staffer, was convicted of orchestrating the voter suppression scheme but claims innocence and that others must have been involved.
3) The document argues that the Liberal Party easily won the Guelph riding regardless of the robocalls, Sona took credit for the calls to associates to promote himself, and that he refused to testify in his trial or provide evidence of his innocence.

ELECTIONS CANADA & GOVERNMENT REFORM
1. ELECTIONS CANADA & GOVERNMENT REFORM
“Ironically inspired by a Government elected to a dubious ‘Majority’ by an Archaic Voting System”
Author: Michael Pastien
Ottawa, ON, Canada, Sept 15th
2016
1 – According to its own criteria for Elections Reform…the LPC does not merit being Majority Government
2 – The Existing System Does Not Permit Voters to ELECT TACTICAL GOVERNMENT SIZES
Voters had no idea (in most cases) if their Candidate of choice would win in their Riding, nor how many
seats the (LPC) would win…and may have voted very differently in (2015) if given an opportune chance
3 – How will we know “if”’ the Voting Majority preferred Electing a (Minority) CPC or LPC Government?
Voters’ Feedback on what drove them to choose the Candidate and Party that they did on Oct 19th
2015
Election Day…PLUS what Size and Type of Government they hoped for…“would” be valuable
4 – Voters May have a Ranked Ballot “Option” to Select the Party and Government Size they Prefer
Ranked Ballot System may Empower Voters to give Independent Candidates their 1st
, 2nd
or 3rd
Votes
*For “Ranked Ballots” to become reality…Elections Canada must Yield an Electronic Voting System
where All Candidates & Parties can Ethically Scrutinize Results 100%.
5 – Wildcard Bonus House of Commons Voting Privileges for Candidates getting Requisite Votes %
6 – Canada-wide Regional (Provincial/Urban/Rural) phased in Voting Days Week
7 – Voting Ratio a Party (Regionally) gets, may dictate degrees of legal power a (majority) government has,
to enact drastic (fiscal/social) changes. Regardless of how massive a plurality a reigning Party may win, it
cannot have a lawless licence to do whatever it pleases. *Let’s imagine a ruling majority Party “Dictates” it
will jail anyone who disagrees with them…what existing Canadian Judiciary System will prevent that?
8 – Political Party winning (Majority) Power must by Law live up to its ‘clearly defined’ Election Platform
Policies (Unless perhaps a majority of Opposition Members vote in favour of allowing provisional changes)
9 – Policies for Dissolving “Treasonous” or Grossly Inept Canadian (& Provincial) Majority Governments.
It now seems that the Governor General is the sole entity who can recommend that the Queen oust the PM;
and that System is Absolutely Not Ethically Acceptable as it is easy to bribe or blackmail a lone individual.
10 – National Polls to an alarming degree are “fraudulently” hyped by Media and firms as virtual headlined
“margin of error fact” of what type/size of government would exist if an election were held today…yet most
only query 1K “alleged” eligible voters out of the 338 Ridings across the country, equaling to a sad bogus 3
individuals per Riding who “may not” vote. Elections Canada should legally force Polling firms to Survey a
minimum percentage of eligible Voters per Riding (100), and vet the wording of any poll, plus validity of
what announced results can imply; before they or the media are allowed to field or air them as suggestively
legit…as opposed to the mere entertainment value that they currently at best merit promoting.
Vital New #ElectoralReform System Will Inspire More Citizens to Vote!
