14. PM400/500 SERIES
• The palletisers type PM 400 and PM 500 are
gantry type robot palletisers, and designed
for smaller and medium capacity packing
lines. All sizes, types of bags with any type of
product.
• Capacity: 400-500 bags per hour
The unique side bag pick-up system with top
press plate gives straight-sided and stable
pallets suitable for high storage stacking.
Can palletise all sizes of bags and boxes on all
sizes of pallets. Can palletise bags with or
without overlapping.
• Compact, low investment and low
maintenance costs. Very easy customer
programmable. Memory for 80 product
programs.

15. PM800 SERIES
• The palletisers in the type PM 800-series are stripper plate
palletisers with layer side- and top pressing facilities, and
designed for medium and high capacity packing lines. The
unique control system enables any pattern in any format, just
by choosing another of the many programmers stored in the
memory. The combination of side- and top pressing gives
straight-sided and stable pallets suitable for high storage
stacking. Can palletize all sizes and types of bags on all sizes of
pallets.
As the only palletiser: All main drives are servo-controlled and
results in unsurpassed accuracy, low wear and noiseless
operation.
• KERC (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) for recovery and re-
use of all braking energy, saving 15-20% compared to all
other palletisers.
• Memory for up to 500 product programmes.
• Compact, low investment and low maintenance costs.

16. PM900 SERIES
• The palletiser type PM 900 is a combination of our stripper plate palletiser
type PM 800, with layer side- and top pressing facilities, and our robot
palletiser type PM 400, and is designed for high capacity packing lines
where overlapping is required. The unique control system enables any
pattern in any format, just by choosing another of the many programmes
stored in the memory. The controlled positioning by the robot combined
with the side- and top pressing gives straight-sided and stable pallets
suitable for high storage stacking. Can palletise all sizes of bags on all sizes
of pallets with or without overlapping.
• As the only palletiser: All main drives are servo-controlled and results in

17. ROBOT SERIES
• EHCOLO A/S supplies also robotic systems based on our yearlong
experience with our gantry robots, we manufacture and supply also
pick-up units and the pheriferical equipment like conveyors etc.
• The advantage of a robot compared to a conventional palletisers is,
that it takes less space, and it can handle more lines at the time.
• But the many functions and palletising quality does, that the capacity
by one-by-one handling does normally not exceed 500 bags per
hour, so if you require a higher capacity, then we offer one of our PM
800 or PM 800 series of palletisers, which takes more space, but are
the most compact available.
• We can also supply a robot with a higher capacity than 500 units per
hour, then with
1. a double fork gripper and the capacity will then increase up to
approx. 1000 bags per hour, but then you must be aware that the
palletising quality might not be what you or your customers want,
but with firm well filled bags the result is reasonably good.
2. Multi-bags side gripper, e.g. For only 5-layer pattern, bags are
picked and placed 2 and 3 and the capacity will go up to 1200 bags
per hour. And the quality is OK, because of the side gripper function.

20. CONTAINER BULK LOADER

21. CONTAINER BULK UNLOADER
• With our new system for emptying containers, we have
developed a long needed system, which is easy to use, we
have an integrated pneumatic feeding system to feed the
silos directly and there is no waste or contamination of
product.
• Used for products like plastic powder, plastic granulates,
grain, rice, meat– and bone meal, fishmeal, malt and many
other similar products.
•
• The emptying unit is easily mounted on the container by a
fork lift truck and locking tightly by simple fastening devices.
•
• The pneumatic blower unit is connected to the rotary valve
and a flexible hose going to the pneumatic silo system is
connected there also.
•
• It is of course understood that there is an in-liner in the
container holding the product and that the container can be
tipped up for emptying into the hopper of the emptying unit.
•
• As you see on the photo there is 2 hatches, through which the
in-liner can be cut open. Close the hatches and start the
unloading.
• Capacity: nominal 20 tonnes per hour.
