Hello, my name is Erica Grong I’m from the University of New Mexico I am Team Lead Support Analyst for LoboWeb and LoboPhone Which is Banner Self Service and Banner Voice Response We are currently in version 6.4 of Self Service and ver 6.0 of Voice Response We expect to upgrade to version 7.3 of Self Service and ver 7.0 of VR in Jan 2007 What I’m going to talk about today, is Implementing EPOS/Tier Voice Response. EPOS is now owned by Tier Technologies, but they still reference their product as EPOS. There are other Voice Response options available besides EPOS/Tier: InterVoice Brite and TouchNet
