2. Public education in its current state is centered
around giving every student a uniform educational
experience that is designed with the average
student in mind. By focusing on the average student
they do a disservice to any student whose abilities
fall above or below the school’s expectations.
3. The majority of the school year is spent
preparing for standardized tests.
4. If the schools are unable or unwilling to give
the opportunities more than half of their
students need, it is up to us to provide them.
We must focus on understanding how an
individual learns.
