This document outlines the alignment of student learning outcomes (SLOs 1-7) to assignments in an early childhood education course across 16 modules. Each module lists the assignment and which SLOs are addressed. For example, Module 1 includes a professional development checklist that addresses SLO 1, while the baseline philosophy of education addresses SLO 1 only. The final assignment is a revised philosophy of education that addresses SLOs 1 and 2 by revisiting views from the start of the course. Most assignments address multiple SLOs to provide well-rounded practice and assessment of topics.
