27. 1. Login into EDPMS Website:
http://uhmis4.doh.gov.ph/edpms
28. 2. Click on the Download Stand-Alone Version link located upper-right
side of the screen.
29. 3. A pop-up window will appear.
Click on Download Stand-Alone Version Installer and Download
Configuration File to start downloading the files.
Click Close to close the pop-up window
30. 4. 1 For Google Chrome users,
a notification on the lower left corner of the browser will appear,
an indication that you file has started downloading.
Please wait until the download finish.
31. 4.2 For Mozilla FireFox users,
after clicking on Download Stand-Alone Version Installer and
Download Configuration File, the download window will appear
Choose Save File, then click OK.
Please wait until the download finish.
32. 5. By default, all downloaded files are saved in the Downloads folder
in your computer.
Locate the EDPMS_Installer.zip and local_config.cfg .
Copy (or move) the files to your Desktop.
34. 1. After successfully downloading the installer and
configuration file on your Desktop, double-click
EDPMS_Installer.zip to open the file.
35. 2. Extract and save the EDPMS_Installer.exe in your
desktop.
36. 3. Double click on EDPMS_Installer.exe to start the
installation.
37. 4. By default, the Destination folder c:xampp is
selected, click Install button to proceed.
38. 5. Wait until the installation is finished. (Note: In case the windows
system/firewall/anti-virus prompts if the system will be allowed to
be installed, click on the allow button)
39. 6. Press any key to close all the windows to continue
and complete the installation.
40. NOTE
Before using the EDPMS Stand-alone Version,
please make sure that the computer system
date and time is set to the current date to
ensure correct data entry of transactions.
41. 1. On your Desktop, double-click the EDPMS Icon to run
the Stand-Alone system.
43. 3. Locate and search the local_config.cfg file from
your Desktop then click Open button.
44. 4. After selecting the local_config.cfg file from
your Desktop, click on the Done button.
45. 5. The EDPMS Stand-Alone version Login window
will appear.

47. 1. Open your Web Browser (Make sure you are connected to the internet).
Login to the EDPMS Website http://uhmis4.doh.gov.ph/edpms
48. 2. Click the link With Systems then select Upload Prices
49. 3. Browse and select generated Upload File you want to upload.
50. 4. The selected Upload File will be displayed in the screen.
Uploading of your price reports is already done and successful.
You may view and check your uploaded data
After uploading the file, click Logout in the EDPMS Website and then close your
Web Browser.
