9. On successful payment,
user will receive a
notification on their mail
and phone number
mentioning the name of
the eco-stay, its location,
date of visit, no of rooms
booked.

10. They will also get phone
number of a local taxi which
can pick them up from the
nearest railway station, airport
or bus stop or their nearest
point of pick up if they are
coming by public transport.
In case, they are using their
own car/bike, they need not call
the taxi. Since most of our eco-
stays are not located in the
centre of the town, this taxi
service is very essential for us.
The taxi will be provided by
the eco-stay on payment of a
fixed charge by the user. This
payment will be done after
reaching the eco-stay.

11. One very important message ‘a list of
don’ts’ will be shown upon booking
confirmation and will also be sent in their
booking email. This list would include some
very simple requests that makes them a
responsible tourist like doing no harm to
the plants/animals at the eco-stay, not
disturbing its peaceful surrounding.

before their visit
to the eco-stay

13. After visiting the eco-stay,
the traveller can post a
review/photos about their
stay on our website.
We welcome criticism as
that will help us and our
eco-stays to improve. The
visitor can also give us a
feedback on how eco-
friendly was an eco-stay.

14. Now, for our eco-stay
owners/managers, they will
get a notification once a
booking comes to them. The
payment would be
immediately sent to their
account after deducting our
percentage share.

15. Thank You
