The EBS Survey Results document from September 2012 discusses paid maternity and paternity leave benefits. It found that only 13% of employers offered paid paternity leave in 2012, though the availability was higher at larger companies. While 61% of employers offered short-term disability or temporary disability benefits for birth mothers, the average length of paid leave was only 6 weeks and the percentage of wages replaced was low.
