Early symptoms of pregnancy can include abdominal cramping similar to menstrual cramps, nausea and vomiting, food aversions, frequent urination, breast tenderness, and extreme tiredness. While vomiting is a common early sign, many women experience other symptoms besides nausea, so lack of vomiting does not necessarily mean the pregnancy is not progressing normally.
