They recognize the value in accepting individual differences and upholding the strengths of those differences. The document also discusses how play is developmentally appropriate and can enrich learning for young children. Through play, children can develop cognitively and learn skills. Early childhood education positively impacts children's learning, growth, development, and communication with families and educators.
