IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE
1. Candidate will be permitted into the Examination Hall at 9.15AM for Engineering Entrance Test.
2. Candidate will not be admitted into the Examination Hall once the test commences (i.e 10.00 AM) and will not be allowed to leave
the Examination Hall till the END of the Examination (i.e 1.00PM)
3. Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall if they are LATE EVEN BY A MINUTE.
4. Hall ticket shall be produced at the Entrance of the Test centre and also in the Examination Hall, failing which the candidate will
not be allowed to write the test.
5. The candidate shall carry into the Examination hall only (i) Ball Point Pen (ii) Eraser (iii) Sharpener.
6. OMR Answer Sheet will not be Valued if the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols,religious marks, prayers or
identification marks on any part of OMR Answer Sheet or Question Paper Booklet Data Card as it amounts to malpractice, Rough
work should NOT be done on OMR answer sheet.
7. Carrying of Calculators, Mathematical / Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, any other electronic gadgets and loose sheets
of paper into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
8. Adoption of any kind of unfair means and any act of impersonation at the time of test will render the applicant liable for
invalidation of his/her OMR answer sheet. Further he/she will forfiet the claim of appearing for the test and will make him/her
liable for criminal action.
9. Issue of Hall Ticket and appearance at the test does not automatically entitle the candidate for admission into a College.
10. Hall Ticket must be preseved till the time of admission into the College.
11. No traveling expenses will be paid for the journey to take up the test.
12. Use HB Pencil supplied in the test centre for marking on OMR answer sheet.
13. Complete the Filled In Online Application Form by Affixing photograph duly attested by a Gazetted officer/ Principal of the
college where studied should be handed over to Invigilator after signing and affixing the left hand thumb impression in the
presence of Invigilator.
14. The candidate should handover the duly completed "Filled In Online Application Form" in the Examination Hall to the
Invigilator. Other wise the candidate's result will be withheld.
15. The candidate should also sign on the Hall Ticket in the presence of Invigilator as signed in the Application Form.
16. The candidate should return the OMR Answer sheet, duly completed "Filled In Online Application Form", Question Paper Booklet
Data Card before leaving the Examination Hall. Failure to do so will make him/her liable for Criminal action.
17. Question Paper Booklet shall be retained by the Candidate and kept safely till the declaration of EAMCET Results.
