In reference to your application submitted as per our advertisement you are hereby called for appear in the
Written Test to be held in the Venue and Date mentioned above and requested to report in the Venue latest by
10.30 a.m. Candidates are requested to make their own arrangement for boarding and lodging. Some Important
Instructions are given below.
Important Instructions:
1. Candidates must have to bring 2 (Two) copies this letter on the date of examination with affixed recent passportsize photograph duly countersigned and
sealed from the concerned DIET and it will be produced before the invigilator when ask for.
2. No TA/DA will be paid for the examination.
3. The duration of the examination will be of 2 (Two) hours. All the questions are mandatory and will carry equal marks. There is no negative marking for
any wrong answer. The question will be set in four areas viz - reasoning, general english, general aptitude and current affairs/ general knowledge. All the
questions will be in English language only.
4. For canvassing in any form the candidature of the candidate will be disqualified from the examination.
5. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature if any discrepancy is found and no appeal will be entertained for such cancellation.
6. No candidate will be allowed to enter or leave the examination hall during the examination hours without prior permission of the Invigilators or the
officers deputed for the purpose.
7. Any book, paper, cell phone, calculator or any electronic gadget or objectionable materials are not allowed in the examination hall. Candidates are
allowed to bring only Admit Card and Black Ball Point Pen in the examination hall. Candidate will have to keep all his/ her belongings and material outside
the examination hall at his/her own risk.
8. 1.Any candidate found unfair means or violating the above or any of the examination rules shall be disqualified.
9. Candidate should clearly write his/her Roll No, Category of post etc. in the space provided in the OMR Sheet.
10. OMR answer sheets must be filled by Black Ball Pen only. Use of pencil to mark bubbles is strictly prohibited.
11. Do not partially fill or mark those bubbles outside its demonstrated areas
12. Do not make any stray marks on the OMR Sheet. Do not pin or staple, punch in the OMR Sheet. It should not be folded also.
13. Scratching, over writing, multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers.
14. Candidate need to sign in the Attendance Sheet supplied for this purpose. If any candidate do not sign in the Attendance Sheet will be treated as non-
appearance in the examination.
15. The candidates have to deposit the OMR Sheet to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall otherwise he/she will be disqualified.
16. The date of examination is subject to change under any unavoidable circumstances.
17. Though the Admit Card cum Call Letter is issued but candidature may be rejected subject to verification by the concerned DIET as per the
advertisement.
