Name of the Company: Legal
Consultants
Profiles of Team Members -
 Ayush Agarwal, Shreyas Johan and Vishal
Prasanna are students of SOLS, Reva University.
Currently studying law, Ayush, Vishal and Shreyas
strive to become one of the best advocates of the
country. Ayush graduated from Delhi Public
School. Vishal and Shreyas graduated from Bishop
Cotton Boys' School and St. Joseph’s Boys’ PU
College, respectively. Ayush's father is currently
involved in iron and steel trade. And Vishal's
mother owns a restaurant in Hyderabad.
Nature of Business: We aim to assist our
customers with our legal expertise
regarding their personal or professional
issues.
 Business Plan for the day: Our business plan for
the event “One Day Entrepreneur” was – Legal
consultants and also Graffiti Making.
Investment in the One Day Business (
With breakups ):
Chart paper – Rs. 20/-
White A4 size paper – Rs. 10/-
Black marker – Rs. 10/-
Innovative and Creative component in the Business:
We believe that the individuals we served
were treated with dignity and respect by
listening to their issues with intent and
understand their unique communication style.
We believe that the individuals we served
have a right to opportunities that enhance life
choices while creating valued social roles.
Day's experience in doing business and
lessons learnt:
 In the initial stage we had quite some trouble, while each
of us had different and unique ideas which would
eventually benefit our service. Ultimately we started
blending into our roles as entrepreneurs (legal consultants)
and as we got better and better in communicating with our
customers, we found ourselves surrounded by individuals
seeking for help or just standing there out of curiosity. We
learnt quite a lot about how different individuals
(customers) possess different communication styles and
how we ought to bring them to their comfort zone so as to
address their issues with no distortions of any sort.
The footfalls / Quantum of Business
and total amount realized out of
sales: RS. 500/-
Surplus generated after meeting costs –
500 – 40 = 460/-
Way forward:
 Considering the fact that we were pretty
decent with our service sales during this
creative event, We as students are
inspired to come up with ideas which
are better and improvised so that we
can, maybe one day start up one of our
own business firm.
Conclusion
The event “One Day Entrepreneur” was one
of the most creative events we as
participants have taken part in. We are
looking forward to more events such as this.

thank you to the organizing members of the
MBA department for being humble and kind
to us throughout the event.
