 For this research and analysis I chose to put myself
in the place of a customer whose expectation is to
book an hotel in Paris
 My needs: a high standard quality hotel (4*), in the
center of Paris. Type of hotel : design and modern,
green hotel will be a plus.
 As a consequence I found 2 non chain hotels : les
Jardins du Marais and the Sezz hotel.
