manage and recycle smartphones in the consumer areas by the
development of renewal processes and / or distributing the stocks into
local retail stores.
Currently our business focus is mainly based on the management of
stocks with major retailers and distributors in order to obtain a global
management scope to offer to our customers.

agreements in the area of origin that our clients may have with
manufacturers and operators ( guaranteeing by contractual basis ) .
 We advise companies in the proceedings with operators to maximize
the benefits of its management model , thus obtaining a greater
number of terminals that can immediately be converted into
accounting flow.

7. Our Methodology
Our clients sends us a detailed list of the materials that they want to sell and we inform our
clients about the best quote possible for every individual lot , if it is necessary we may visit
anywhere our clients to adjust the offer to obtain the best possible quote for our clients.
If our offer is accepted the invoice is processed ,and we pay in advance for goods in the
mean time that we handle the logistics. Once the client transforms into cash their stock it is
time for the goods to be picked up at the customer's warehouse without any associated
costs.
The goods are transported with the adequate insurance, any damage during the transport
period are included in our logistics agreement.
We commit contractually to follow the requirements of sale and not distribute the terminals
is our clients area of influence , or those defined by our clients agreement with the operator
or manufacturer, concentrating shipping destination on another continent , unable to return
to origin.
