Street Campaign in Dublin for Arbunize.
Goal is to get 10 different people from different countries to listen to our concept and give support. If they liked the Arbunize concept enough within the time we were talking to them, we would ask them to become our ambassadors with a quick photo for our website.
Isolation, growth of hate, fear of the unknown, zoom fadigue. Pandemic has made we face new feelings and experience new behaviours in our routines. So, when the isolation was the poison, how it could be turn into a medicine? Is there a new way to be truly connected with people in this context we are living? Let’s experiment, we thought! We started redefining the word Round. Round is used for boxe fights. Now, with us, Round is used to have a moment to know other people deeply.
We invited friends to be in a meeting to share a vision about a topic that moves their heart professionally. But when they joined the meeting, they saw a lot of people they don’t know. And briefly remembering the topic of the night, we divided people in breakout rooms. But: How to talk about a theme before presenting yourself? How to talk about a topic without explaining why this moves your heart? We are humans. We need to present ourselves first. And that’s when the magic happens.
New personal stories, new backgrounds. Or same backgrounds with different choices in the path that made that person so unique.
People were captured by the topic, but in a private room with people they didn’t know, feeling safe, they wanted to talk about their personal experiences. About themselves. And in the final minutes about the topic.
They were happy to know new people. They were happy to know new stories. They were sad when time is out. Because what makes us human is the ability of personal connections.
Let’s round with us?

When the former Greenville Convention & Visitors Bureau approached Brains on Fire about creating a new identity for our hometown, they didn’t have to ask twice. This was far more than an identity project; it was an opportunity to foster a greater sense of community within our community. With 36 Greenvilles in the United States, we would need to identify that “something special” that really sets us apart.
Harrods is the largest UK department store that sells a vast array of luxury items for men, women, and children ranging from clothes to wine. The object of our project, determined through extensive research and analysis of the competitive landscape, was to increase customer traffic in the Harrods landmark store by differentiating the experience of visiting a Harrods’ store as distinctly British. The main idea: When in London, Harrods.

2. After we finished the web summit we wanted to check out the social
atmosphere in Dublin. So we decided to test our concepts with local
people and study the cosmopolitan behavior of the city’s commoners.
4. SETUP
1. Intro cards with a punch line,
2. A printed article explaining the concept,
3. A professional camera,
4. Some T-shirt give-aways,
5. A red umbrella and
6. A bird house.
5. GOAL
Get 10 people from different countries to listen to our concept and give
support. If they liked the Arbunize concept enough within the time we
were talking to them, we would ask them to become our ambassadors
with a quick photo for our website.
Dublin City center is the heart of the city with a lot of crowd moving. It is
a common meeting spot for people. We planned to ask people who
seemed to be waiting for someone and had time to talk to us. Dressed
up in our ‘Keep Calm’ T shirts, we asked people if they would have time
to listen to our project.
They didn’t know about any incentive to do this till we had already sold
the concept to them and thereafter while leaving… we handed them our
Arbunize T-shirts with a note of thanks.

SOCIAL EXPERIMENT
6. RESPONSE
in 3 hours, we spoke to about 100 passer-bys and gave out our material to
interested individuals. We distributed about 120 Intro cards and 35 articles.
