RERA has updated Dubai rent index to provide guidelines
for tenants and landlords looking for suitable rental deals

2. RERA 2013 Rent Index for Dubai
Villas

3. 3-bed villa rents from AED130,000 to AED220,000 per
annum.
Four-bed units rent from AED170,000 and
AED270,000 per annum.
Rent Index for Arabian Ranches Villas

4. 3-bed units are from AED240,000 to AED300,000 per
annum.
4-bed units are from AED280,000 to AED330,000 per
annum.
Rent Index for Jumeirah Islands Villas

5. Four-bed villa units are between AED300,000 and
AED400,000 per annum.
Rent Index of Villas in Palm Jumeirah

6. RERA 2013 Rent Index for Dubai
Apartments

7. 2-bed apartments now leased between AED90,000 to
AED110,000 per annum.
Studios and one bed apartments can be rented
between AED45,000 to AED55,000 and AED55,000 to
AED75,000 per annum.

8. 2-bed apartments rent ranging between AED 70,000
to AED 130,000 per annum.
