Dupont reported lower fourth quarter earnings per share of $0.16 compared to $0.28 in the previous year. Earnings were impacted by disruptions from hurricanes, higher energy and material costs, and lower crop protection sales. However, price increases offset about 75% of the $350 million increase in raw material costs. For the full year, earnings were $2.07 per share. Dupont expects 2006 earnings per share to increase 11% to about $2.60.
