3. DRUG ADDICT.
A person addicted to drugs or abusing drugs is someone who has a
habit of using chemicals to alter their states of mind or body for
reasons other than those that are medically a
prescription(Parasuraman, 2014).

achieve the desired effect).

Caffeine, alcoholic beverages, nicotine, and inhalants (nail polish, glue,
inhalers, gasoline) are legal substances that can be purchased over the
counter or with a doctor's prescription.

It is most common for people in the medical profession to
abuse opiates, such as fentanyl or morphine; other drugs
abused include crack cocaine, hashish, heroin, and
hallucinogenics like marijuana(Parasuraman, 2014).
11. MOTIVATIONS FOR DRUG
USE
Various reasons may lead people to take drugs, and some
may use stimulants to remain alert, and others may use
cocaine to feel energized.
– peer pressure – relief of stress – increased energy
– to relax – to relieve pain – to escape reality
– to feel more self-esteem, and for recreation.

ANGER.
Anger is a basic human emotion
that is experienced by all people. If you have been
injured, mistreated, challenged in your long-held
views, or face obstacles, anger is typically triggered
by emotional hurt.

Grief - losing a loved one, Rudeness
Tiredness, Hunger
Pain, Withdrawal from drugs or some medications.
Alcohol, some drugs, alcohol abuse, drug abuse.

A better way to express anger is by learning and
practicing better ways to handle it, as well as
how to prevent it from occurring.

Through deep meditation, new neural pathways
form in the brain that lead to whole brain
function, which means that now both sides of
the brain work in concert rather than operating
independently.
18. As the brain waves slow down and the brain balances, we are
able to tap into what scientists call whole-brain thinking, or
whole-brain functioning.
As a result of meditation, one is able to learn more, think more
clearly, keep a better memory, be more self-aware, and solve
problems more effectively.

abuse, sadness, over eating habits will tend to go away

The ability to handle frustration, stress, and emotions such as anger

including:
– adequate exercise
– proper nutrition
– abstaining from harmful behaviors.

An organized system of beliefs, principles, or values that
contribute to your spiritual well-being, enhance your
belief in a higher being, and believe each and every living
being serves a purpose.

What is Sexual Health?
It refers to all the associated psychological phenomena of sexuality
that are presently used to describe human sexuality.

Describes our total masculine and feminine characteristics. It consists
of the way we behave, think and feel.

hurt others without realizing it.
