                                                                   Drop Bottom Box Dumper

The Drop Bottom Box Dumper is designed to lift special metal bins with a hinged bottom.
     Typically found in the metal forming industry but can also be used in many other
       applications from warehousing to automotive.
     The Bottom Box Dumper (BBD) hangs on the truck carriage in between the forks.
     To handle the bins, simply drive the forks under the bin, engage the lifting hook on the lip
       of the bin and raise up.
     The floor of the bin will open on the hinge and release the product inside as desired.
     The lifting stroke is determined by the product type and size.
     The forks only pick up the bin when the bottom is closed.
     Detailed application information is required to determine the features for each unit.

     2.    Product to be handled?
     3.    Size and weight of bin(s)?
     4.    Lifting hook size and location?
     5.    Stroke to lift bin for required opening?
     6.    Can be installed on sideshifter or fork positioner.
     7.    Cascade does not supply the drop bottom bins.
