This document provides an agenda for a workshop about dreams and their importance as a gateway to self-knowledge. The workshop will discuss dreams from both a scientific perspective, explaining what brainwaves and sleep teach us about dreaming, as well as an esoteric perspective exploring dreams as messages from our hidden self and soul. It will introduce tools like Robert Moss's Lightning Dreamwork Method to help participants interpret their own dreams and gain insights. The workshop leader, Alis Anagnostakis, has studied dreams for self-discovery and guidance and combines psychology, neuroscience, and shamanic dreaming practices.

Who is Alis Anagnostakis?
Alis has been working as a corporate trainer and coach for 7 years. During this time
she has met thousands of well paid, highly educated people who were profoundly
unhappy with their jobs and lives in general and who were unconsciously looking for
deeper meanings in their lives. She made it her personal mission in supporting them
to find those meanings. While doing this she did a lot of soul searching and had her own revelations.
Alis started studying dreams and dreaming as a method for self-discovery and inner guidance and is
now studying with Robert Moss School of Active Dreaming towards becoming a Dream Teacher. She
combines her knowledge of psychology and neuroscience with the tools of shamanic dreaming to guide
participants on a path towards their soul’s true calling.
