Today we have a exceptional theme on dreams;
According to National Sleep Foundation; on average we get around 100,000 dreams during our lives.
On daily basis, we get 4-6 dreams per night
On average, we dream for 2 hours for every 8 hours
This means that we spend ( on average ) 6 years of our lives dreaming

But when you think about it .. 6 years are gone from my life !! If you’re hearing me now and might be 40 y/o .. You might think 3 years from my life have been lost ! Or you think .. I will not lose any more and I’ll start ask myself why do we dream ? What can I gain from those dreams. On average we spend 6 years dreaming … what if you have 10 years worth of dreams. I don’t rule out the possibility that we here in toastmaster dream for more than 6 years .. People who work on themselves and find ways to develop and evolve, who always ask the question what my strength points are and are not regular .. People who meditate; your dreams will change .. And you’ll receive more clear dreams
Fact # 7 : a study among 5000 people asked what was the most common dream ? The dream that most people have dreamed of ? It’s a true fact & unfortunate at the same time; that the most common dream is that the love partner cheats on them. Which is something indicates distrust
Fact # 8: no way you dream while you’re snoring … if you saw your significant other snoring no way they’re dreaming .. Because this contradict the brain wave that the dreams happens during.
Fact # 9: we can learn during sleep. Few experiments have been done .. That created this theory .. They repeated some words during the sleep of people and most people got it right. College students also have been tested by giving them bunch of information and letting them go to sleep immediately after that .. They found them to perform excellent in their exams better than students who never took the time to sleep after studying for a test. It’s like students have given the time to soak these information in .. Let it get fermented and organized inside their heads before ..
Also, after trauma or psychological Sock .. Or even giant problems in life .. They found that subjects who had slept after the trauma .. They can organize and take actions faster that persons who keep thinking about the problem while awake .. During sleep they would see a message; or maybe a configuration to that problem .. After waking up he can take reaction ( no, I’m not going to do that .. This thing is better .. This suits me perfectly ) and so on.
Fact # 10 : This is an established fact;, that dreams can be affected by external environment and our physical needs. For example: when you go to sleep hungry ! You will dream that you eat or you dream that someone would prevent you from eating. Thirsty ? You dream of drinking water. If you feel cold .. You might dream that you’re in the north pole. Sometimes a sound around you in the house .. A cat for example and you are dreaming of a romantic dinner .. You’d hear that cat sound incorporated through the music that you’re hearing !

Fact # 12: we dream many times per night .. But what we remember is only the last dream .. And that’s the one we think about all day long ..

Fact # 14: they’re some people who are addicted to dreams !! Like there are drug addicts; alcohol addicts; there’re dream addicts !! It’s not that commonly addressed by doctors or talked about. But it’s a true fact. You find those people love to sleep.. Not for the sake of wanting to sleep for 12 hours but because they want to dream for 4 hours instead of sleeping for 8 hours and dreaming for only 2 hours. Even though they can’t remember of all of his dreams but the last dream .. It’s enough for them that they dream because These people need to dream. They have special attention and focus on their dreams .. They have all the books that talk and interpret dreams .. They have all the contact numbers of people who claim that they can interpret dreams … they talk about their dreams, ask about other’s people’s dreams; if you tell them I had a dream about you they make it big issue out of it and it becomes the highlight of their day ! They talk about their dreams all day long. And everyday…
Actually; one of the therapy that we can do using our dreams is by focusing on them and giving it special attention .. Asking what it means and trying to remember the details and find interpretation for it
So the question remains to ask .. Do U think you’re one of the dream addicts ??
Those people realizes the importance of their dreams .. And comprehend the signs or messages that can be received during their sleep .. Although sometimes bothering so many people around them about it.
For me .. I believe that I could be a dream-addict … since I’ve learned about it and studied the different types of dreams and taught myself how I can evolve by using this amazing gift of dreaming.

Why dream has big importance
Dream that big of importance .. All people can experience it
It’s like the dreams is something else we left it during our daily life.. something that reminds us of the truth …
Remember when you were living a life of pain and suffering and one of those lost people.. And you had nightmares in your real true life …and one day you became aware of this dramatic life and moved from 1 stage to another in your life …where you woke up from a dramatic painful story .. And you discovered that this story was a dream and illusion .. And you had tools and abilities that you never used them.
When you wake up another time after you became aware .. And find out that your story that you lived in was dreamful story full of complex data; misbeleif; and wrong opinions.
Those who understand dreams .. Necessarily understand that life is a dream. Because you believe that when we dream a dream that it’s 100 % true .. And we never dought that’s it’s not true ..
Until the moment comes; and you wake up and realizes .. Oh it was a dream .. You say that it was a dream and delusion ..
When we wake up from this life by death .. That life was a dream
But everyday we assure to ourselves that it’s true life .. Pinch yourself do U feel it ? Yeah you feel it ..
Same like a dream .. We get hurt .. We feel things .. Anger .. Sadness, fear, or joy.. We also swear that this is a real life .. Because we felt it all.
Same
But when we die .. We wake up .. Only then we break this believe and confess that life was a dream.
The dream is the shortest way to understand death.
To understand that you’re the awareness not the body.
How many dream have you dreamed until this moment?! Where was your body ? You were running, swimming, fighting ? Where was your body ? Lying on the bed !! It all happened inside our awareness inside our minds and the body was lying on the bed .. Never moving with us..
This is the shortest way to understand that we are not the body .. We are what inside the body
The problem is with our 5 senses .. That tells us that your life is not a dream ..
And our ethereal senses that we use every night act like anchor for our dreams every night so we can believe every night believe what we dream of. We repeat the same delusion that this is real not just a dream …
A wise person once said: all people are asleep until they die only then they wake up.
I expect from you that when you reach that stage of waking up while you’re dreaming … you will be able to understand all of this .. You will experience this yourself .. If you where living dramatic life and nightmare life .. You train yourself to wake up while living this .. And you practice
