This project describes how an Arduino &
Bluetooth module can be used to communicate
with each other as a prototype to show how two
Bluetooth enabled devices can be connected and
intercepted.

7. How It Works

BlueBorne works by locating active Bluetooth devices (even if not
in ‘Discover’ mode), and obtains the MAC address of the target
device. It then probes it to determine what OS is running and
adjusts its attack accordingly. It can create a man-in-the-middle
attack or even take control of the device to further self-distribute
to other Bluetooth hardware

Companies are already using the unmanned aircraft to
perform all sorts of tasks, ranging from inspecting cell
phone towers to photographing fields of crops.
And Even Armed Forces are also using it for Border
Surveillance

It is a class-2 bluetooth module with Serial Port
Profile , which can configure as either Master or
slave. a Drop-in replacement for wired serial
connections, transparent usage. You can use it
simply for a serial port replacement to establish
connection between MCU, PC to your embedded
project and etc.

For micro/mini drones, bluetooth is useful in
allowing you to just use a smartphone to control a
drone. Which makes it more vulnerable and easy to
attack.
Firmware codes can be changed / Modified too.
We will create a firmware and mechanism , were the
different attacks can be handled or avoided.

At times things which looks or seems to be easy can be
very difficult or trivial.
I thoroughly enjoyed working on the project Now I can
relate the connectivity and wireless radio technology with
other modes of communication. Will like to pursue further
on Drones and how we can Build Jammers and use Fake
GPS to confuse the drones.
