Each federation will receive, from the FFC, an entry form which will have to be

The deadline for registration is set on Monday December 2nd, 2013
(For any registration received after Monday December 2nd, 2013, a late fee will be
applied (National Rule). Late registrations can only be accepted if there is still free
space on the moto sheets.
After Thursday, December 12th at 8 a.m., no further registration will be
possible
Any cancellation must be reported to Jonathan NOYANT. There will be
no refund for such cancellation.

4. NATIONS TROPHY
The 4 best results by nation will lead to a final ranking and the award of a
trophy that will be put into play next year.
If the trophy is won 3 consecutive years by the same nation, that nation will
keep it.
NUMBER PLATES
Each BMX will be equipped, in addition to the front plate, of a side plate to be
fixed on the frame as per UCI rules.
Riders should have their correct equipment as from the beginning of the
trainings (including front and lateral number plates)
Numbers affixed directly to the frame are forbidden.

There will be a podium ceremony for the top 3 riders in each class in the
presence of FFC officials.
The organizers will distribute tickets after each final for the places 4th to 8th so
that the finalists can get their award outside the formal ceremony.
Only the top 3 riders in cruiser class will get a trophy.

ACCESS
Coming from Lyon and the southern motorway, take direction Saint-Etienne
Nord/Roanne/ Clermont-Ferrand, exit Saint Priest en Jarez, Villars, l’Etrat, La
Terrasse.
The first traffic lights turn left towards Boulevard Thiers, Parc des Expositions,
(one sign will be installed at the motorway exit).
From Clermont-Ferrand motorway, take direction Saint-Chamond/Lyon/SaintEtienne/neighbarhoods. Exit Boulevard Thiers. Traffic lights, turn right towards
Boulevard Thiers, Parc des Expositions always follow this direction. The fourth
light, turn left (one sign will be installed at the motorway exit).
Coming from the National (by the Republic pass), at the entrance of SaintEtienne (bottom of the exit), take the motorway towards Lyon, follow
directions, one direction only from Lyon.

Free of charge around the exhibition hall for cars and camper vans.
CATERING
Will be available all along these two days on the site.
SECURITY
All the site will be under control of the city police. However, the club cannot be
held responsible for theft or damage which may be commited in the parking lot,
or the camper vanss area. We ask the camper owners to respect the others
and not use more space than allowed on their spot.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotels have made efforts for the competition and are ready to welcome you

competition to take advantage of favourable condition.
