3. Shows Importantes
 •Abrió el show de Eric Clapton el año 2001 en el Estadio Nacional en Santiago de Chile junto a Miguel
Botafogo y la House Blues Band ante 35.000 personas que asistieron al evento en aquella oportunidad.
 •Musico estable de Bacsktage para apoyar a las bandas extranjeras de blues como Phil Guy, Eddie
C.Campbell y Bob Margolin quien fue el segunda guitarra de Muddy Waters por mas10 años.

 Gonzalo Araya ha sido uno de los referentes más fuertes de la armónica en Chile, siendo uno de los pocos

 Background and Development
 Gonzalo Araya was born in Rancagua in Chile 1976. Gonzalo began as an autodidact harmonica player. Over
the years he met and learned from masters such as Antonio Serrano (from Paco de Lucia), Carlos del Junco
and Alexandre Rossi, Christian Galvez, and Ramón Freire.

 He is now positioned as the best harmonica player in Chile, and has been one of the few musicians in the
Blues stages in the world that has represented Chile in countries like Sweden, Spain, Argentina, USA, and
Brazil.
