RMF Corporation requests the allocation of railway wagons to transport dolomite from Burimari port to Tongi. RMF imports dolomite from Bhutan in 40 kg bags and needs to transport around 500 metric tons per month or 1000 metric tons every other month. As a major importer and trader, RMF expects its yearly transport volume to be 6000 metric tons in 2015 and increase over time. RMF requests long-term strategic support from Bangladesh Railway to allocate wagons on the Burimari to Tongi route monthly or every other month.

Burimari to Tongi
Dear Sir,
This is to kindly inform you that RMF Corporation, which is a well-renowned manufacturing &
trading company of the country, would like to import Dolomite from Bhutan via the Burimari port
for delivering to their customer in Tongi. The material is non-hazardous & will be brought in
completely sealed 40 Kg bags.
Since Bangladesh Railway has earned its name for delivering goods & services safely & timely
across Bangladesh under your able guidance, we would request you to kindly allocate slot for
carrying our goods to Tongi on the basis of every moth @ 500 MT or every alternate month @
1000 MT from Burimari.
Our yearly transport volume would be 6000 MT for the year 2015 & would continue to increase as
time progresses. Hence we are looking for long term strategic support from your esteemed
organization in this regard.
Considering above, would request you to kindly allocate railway wagon in favor of us every
month or every alternate month in the aforementioned route (Burimari to Tongi)
