國際風險管理師協會(PRMIA)是由會員組成的一個非盈利性的風險管理

There are two international financial risk management
associations, the Professional Risk
Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) and the
Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). These
associations provide entry-level qualifications for financial

4. 企業風險管理簡介(全面風險管理,ERM)
COSO委員會 (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway
Commission;COSO) (2004):
COSO’s ERM definition Enterprise risk management is a process, effected by an
entity’s board of directors, management and other personnel, applied in strategy setting
and across the enterprise, designed to identify potential events that may affect the entity,
and manage risk to be within its risk appetite, to provide reasonable assurance
regarding the achievement of entity objectives.
