60% of respondents said their dreams affect their beliefs and thoughts. The author could use a dream sequence in their final project where a nightmare comes true but the actor wakes up and changes their ways for better or worse. Most people reported seeing colors and lights in dreams, which could relate to illumination or insight, so the author plans to include lighting and color effects to make the dream sequence more realistic. While most respondents said their dreams are not recurring, the author considers adding a character with recurring dreams or a recurring horror element to distinguish the sequence from reality.

thoughts. I could use this for my
final project by using a dream
sequence turn into reality. For
example, if it’s a nightmare I
could use my actor to wake up
from that nightmare and
suddenly change their ways. It
could be for the best or the
worst.

2. Most people said that they see
colour and lights. This is usually
quite common in dreams, it could
relate to many things and have
many reasons behind it. I could
include some sort of lighting and
colour in my dream sequence to
make it seem more real. With my
online research I found that “To
see light in your dream represents
illumination, clarity, guidance,
plain understanding, and insight”

3. The majority of the
sample said that their
dreams are not recurring.
To make my sequence a
bit different to reality,
another idea I could
possibly add is someone
who has recurring
dreams. Something
specific maybe add a bit
of horror.
