 One year work experience as an HR Executive cum Back office in Shine city infra project Pvt ltd.
 One year work experience as a Back office in Grima marketing (i) Pvt.ltd.
 One year work experience as a Front Office Assistant in A to Z furnishers Pvt ltd.
Key Responsibility For H.R Executive cum Back office
 Answering a multi line telephone system.
 Providing on time attendance to the associates for preparation of Payout, whenever required.
 Selecting candidates through Social Media like Face book, LinkedIn etc.
 Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. Identifying prospective clients,
generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
 Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis & providing redress to all their
queries, complaints & handling all client relation.
 Controlling back office, preparing daily reports, Updating Back Office manager all day to day
activities, controlling/tracking all documents and keeping logs of all data.

 Proficient to take the data of clients and make the proper plan to meet the expectation of client
 Review and give report of emails, faxes and telephonic conversation to the manager.
 Organize and scheduled the meeting of manager and seniors.
