Our approach to residential projects is 'inside out' in that we start from the detail planning of the dwelling units
and gradually move to the macro level of master plan. The layout of rooms, internal circulation, domestic
facilities like stores and drying areas, placements of toilets and accessibility, living and bedroom spaces,
privacy, views, adequate ventilation are studied for each project in details.
