1. Diegetic and Non-Diegetic sound

2. Diegetic Sound
Diegetic sound is sound that directly comes from
a scene.
E.g. – Talking, noise from cars, music from a
radio etc.

3. Non-Diegetic Sound
Non-Diegetic sound is sound that is put into the
scene in post production.
E.g. – Music soundtrack, sound effects etc.
