Dianna L. Ralston has over 15 years of experience in laboratory work, quality assurance, and business ownership. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and incomplete BS degrees in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University. Her experience includes laboratory technician roles focusing on genetics, PCR amplification, and data analysis at the USDA, Oregon State University, and Iowa State University. She also has experience in quality assurance and assembly of air conditioners. Most recently, she owned and operated a jewelry business for 7 years, gaining experience in marketing, sales, and business development. She is proficient in laboratory techniques and software including MS Office, Matlab, and has advanced process safety skills.
