16. Terms & Conditions
a. All applicants will attach photocopy of computerized National Identity Card /
Overseas National Identity Card / Passport and passport size photograph.
b. Application forms are available free of cost after 7th March 2010 at selected
branches of Habib Bank Limited, Allied Bank Limited and Askari Bank Limited.
c. Cash / Pay order / Demand draft will be deposited in favour of DHA Lahore Ballot
Phase-VIII with any branch of above mentioned banks throughout the country.
d. Acceptance of applications is subject to approval of DHA. DHA may accept or reject
any application without assigning any reason for all categories.
e. The allotted plot is liable to be cancelled at any stage in case of submission of
forged documents or if information given in application form is found to be false.
f. DHA Lahore reserves the right to cancel any allotment at any time without any
reason.
g. Successful applicants will be required to become members of DHA Lahore by
payment of prescribed membership fee for each allotted plot.
h. The applicant shall faithfully comply with all relevant bye laws and regulations of
allotment / purchase of immovable property in DHA.
j. An applicant can apply for more than one plot in each category subject to payment
of processing fee and down payment for each plot separately.
17. Last date for receipt of applications through branches of prescribed banks and DHA Head
Office (by hand or through courier) is 22 March 2010.

19. Payment Instructions
a. Applications will be received by specified branches of Habib Bank Limited, Allied
Bank Limited and Askari Bank Limited or by hand in DHA head office by
22 Mar 2010.
b. Overseas Pakistanis shall send their down payment converted in to US$
@Rs. 85.50 /US$ through Demand Draft.
c. Processing charges for overseas Pakistanis shall be as follows:-
(1) Residential Plots US$ 100 *
(2) Commercial Plots US$ 150 *
*Above charges are non refundable.
20. Notes
a. Incomplete / Damaged forms will not be accepted.
b. Application forms without payment of specified amount will not be entertained.
c. Forms may also be downloaded from www.dhalahore.org or photocopied on a DO
paper (33.5 cm x 21.5 cm).
