A 56-year-old female had a cancerous growth (Dermatofibrosarcoma protruberans) on her lower abdomen and groin that required surgery. The doctors performed a wide local excision and repair of an involved vein with a graft during microsurgery, and covered the area with a skin flap from her thigh based on a branch of her femoral artery.

involvement of common iliac vein ,repair was
done with vein graft by microsurgery and
pedicled Anterior-lateral thigh flap was done
based on descending branch of lateral circumflex
femoral artery.
