Name Id Options
Using your printer and type the name in appropriate font  scale. I use 8 for short names and 7 or lower depending on length of name and size of denture.
The name ids will degrade over time if you use either clear self cure acrylic, or clear light cure to set the names in place.  Sealing the ink will prevent this.
Use clear light cure varnish to coat and seal the ink to prevent degradation of the ink over time.

Estimate the location and size of channel needed.
 
 
 
Cut channel to appropriate size so that the inserted name lays flat on the bottom squarely. Edges and corners not below flush will poke through during finishing.
Pre-fill bottom Lay name over and press to seat below surface. Place a bead of overfill and cure
 
Cure appropriate to material used Finish flush to surface with rubber wheels, pumice and polish final.
