3. Using your printer and type the name in appropriate font scale. I use 8 for short names and 7 or lower depending on length of name and size of denture.

4. The name ids will degrade over time if you use either clear self cure acrylic, or clear light cure to set the names in place. Sealing the ink will prevent this.

12. Cut channel to appropriate size so that the inserted name lays flat on the bottom squarely. Edges and corners not below flush will poke through during finishing.
