• Oppgave: Skal forberede saker til

• Skal uttale seg om økonomiplan, årsbudsjett
og skattevedtak.
12. Byråd
• Oslo, Bergen og Tromsø er de eneste
kommunene som har byråd i stedet for et
formannskap.
